Cod with olives, bell peppers and tomatoes, a fragrant, delicate and tasty dish that is tempting to try.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Cod fillet 400 g
Bell pepper 1 pc
Onion 1 pc
Garlic clove 2 pcs
Dried oregano 1 tsp
Pickled green olives 10 pcs
Boiled rice (garnish) 400 g
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry in vegetable oil.
Add mashed tomatoes and juice from them. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add oregano to the pan with vegetables.
Add the peppers, cut into strips. Simmer for another 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Add fish and olives.
Remove the pan from heat and place in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees C.
Cod with olives, bell peppers and tomatoes is ready. Put on a dish and garnish with boiled rice. Sprinkle with parsley.
