Buckwheat porridge with mushrooms

Fragrant buckwheat porridge with mushrooms will be a delicious dish on a lean table.

Cooking time 25 minutes


Buckwheat 200 g

Champignons 5-6 pcs

Bulb onion 1 pc

Green onion (feather) 5-6 pcs

Vegetable oil

Salt to taste


Fry finely chopped onions in vegetable oil.

Add chopped champignons into strips. Fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add buckwheat pre-cooked until tender. Fry, stirring occasionally, for another 2 minutes. Salt. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 5-10 minutes.

Place on a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onions. Serve to the table.
