Ruddy baked flounder with aromatic spices, rice and vegetables, a real delight.
Cooking time 50 minutes
Flounder 3 pcs
Paprika 1 tsp
Lemon pepper 2 tsp
Onion 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Green beans (frozen) 100 g
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Wash and clean the fish. Remove the head and entrails.
Cut off the fins with scissors. Remove the skin, starting from the tail, holding the fish with firm jerks and helping with a sharp small knife.
In a separate bowl, combine spices, salt and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Grate fish well on both sides and place on a baking sheet with foil. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 200 degrees C.
For a side dish, fry the rice with finely chopped onions in a pan with vegetable oil for about 2-3 minutes.
Add water and cook for another 5 minutes. Then add vegetables and stir. Reduce heat and cook over low heat. Add more water if necessary. Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender. Season with salt and stir.
The baked flounder is ready. Serve fish with rice and vegetables.
