Stewed chicken with cabbage

Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil.

Add chopped cabbage, finely chopped bell pepper and simmer over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.

Cut the chicken into small portions.

Season with salt and pepper, roll in flour.

Fry in another skillet in vegetable oil until half cooked.

Add tomato paste to a saucepan with cabbage and pepper, salt and stir, put on fire.

Add chicken. Simmer on low heat for another 10-15 minutes. Turning over chicken pieces.

Place on a serving dish and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
