Meat cutlets with pumpkin

Pumpkin makes meat patties even more juicy and tender. After trying these cutlets, you will be surprised that you have not cooked this way before.

Beef 200 g

Pork pulp 200 g

Pumpkin 200 g

Onion 1 pc

Egg 1 pc

Semolina 2 tbsp. l.

Salt g

Ground black pepper to taste


Scroll meat and onions through a meat grinder.

Grate the pumpkin on a coarse grater. Mix the minced meat, onion, pumpkin and egg. Mix well, season with salt and pepper.

Form cutlets, roll a little in semolina. Put in a frying pan that can be used in the oven or on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees C.

Put on a dish and prepare your favorite side dish.
