Zucchini with cheese

Juicy, rosy zucchini baked in the oven with cheese will not take you much time to cook, but it will pay off in full with enthusiastic compliments from guests.

Cooking time 25 minutes


Zucchini 1 pc

Mazdam cheese 20 g

Gouda cheese 20 g

Parmesan cheese 20 g

Sour cream 10% fat. (or mayonnaise) 2 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Wash the zucchini well and cut off the tail.

Boil water in a large saucepan, add whole zucchini and boil for 5-7 minutes. Take out and cool. Cut lengthwise into two pieces. Take out the pulp.

Fill with grated soft cheeses (maasdam and gouda). Pour with mayonnaise or sour cream.

Sprinkle with grated Parmesan on top.

Bake in the oven until golden brown at a temperature of 180-200 degrees C. Put on a dish and garnish with herbs.
