Boiled pork "To the Easter table"

Delicious boiled pork "To the Easter table", it's not difficult at all. But what appetizing and aromatic pieces of meat will turn out.

Pork leg (without bone or neck) 500 g

Garlic clove 3-5

Bay leaf 3 pcs

Ground black pepper 1/2 tsp.

Paprika 1/2 tsp

Rosemary 1/4 tsp

Cumin 1/2 tsp

Olive oil 1 tbsp l.

Salt 1 tsp

Vegetables for decoration



Wash and dry the pork.

Peel and cut the garlic into halves. In a bowl, combine spices and chopped bay leaves. Add oil.

Rub the meat thoroughly with the mixture. Place the pieces of garlic.

Wrap in foil and remove to marinate in the refrigerator for 10-12 hours.

Without removing it from the foil, put in the oven for 60-70 minutes heated to 180-200 degrees C. Cool the finished boiled pork in foil.

Peel off the spices with a knife and cut into slices. Put on a plate, garnish with vegetables and herbs.
