Meatballs in the oven

Delicious meatballs in tomato sauce will be an excellent choice for a delicious lunch or dinner.

Cooking time 45 minutes


Minced meat 400 g

Mashed tomatoes 200 g

Hard cheese 100 g

Onion 1 pc

Egg 1 pc

Breadcrumbs 3 tbsp l.

Vegetable oil (for frying)

Parsley (greens)




Peel the onion and cut into cubes, punch the gruel together with the egg with a blender.

Put the minced meat in a bowl, add salt and pepper. Add onion and egg.

Add bread crumbs and mix well.

Make small meatballs with your hands.

Fry in a skillet with vegetable oil, turning once.

Fold the meatballs into a deep oven container.

After the meatballs, heat the grated tomatoes in a pan, add a little salt and pepper.

Pour meatballs with tomato sauce.

Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Put in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees C.

Cool the finished meatballs in the form.

Place on a plate and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.

Our meatballs are ready in the oven. Can be served at the table.
