"Ogonyok" meat salad

What a festive table without a delicious meat salad? From a minimum of ingredients, you can easily prepare an incredibly delicious salad with Ogonyok meat, which more than one man cannot neglect.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Pork pulp 200 g

Korean carrots 100 g

Canned corn 100 g

Mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp l.

Dill 1 bunch

Salt to taste


Boil the meat until tender and cool.

Cut the meat into strips and put in a bowl.

Add corn, Korean carrots.

Add mayonnaise and finely chopped dill.

Stir and let it brew for 1-2 hours. Salt to taste.

Put in a salad bowl with lettuce leaves.

The Ogonyok meat salad is ready. Can be served with a festive table.
