Baked fish with vegetables, a great choice for a family dinner.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Fillet of red fish (pink salmon) 500 g
Vegetables 300 g
Onion 1 pc
Spices for fish 1 tbsp. l.
Sour cream 10% fat. 4 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Divide the fish into portions. Season with salt and sprinkle with fish spices.
Place the pink salmon pieces in a baking dish.
Put the vegetables in a mold with pink salmon.
Mix sour cream with the rest of the spices and pour into a mold with fish and vegetables.
Top with sliced onion in half rings.
Cover the form with foil.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees C. The fish baked with vegetables is ready.
