Potatoes 1 kg
Wheat flour 120 g
Egg 1 pc
Butter (in dough) 30 g
Butter (for dressing) 30 g
Boil the potatoes until tender. Drain the water.
Mash the potatoes and add the egg, butter and salt.
Add flour and knead the dough. The dough should not be very steep, but also not stick to your hands. Leave the dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Roll a "sausage" out of the dough and cut into pieces.
Boil in salted water for 7-10 minutes.
Put the prepared dumplings in a bowl and season with a good amount of butter. Sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.
