Dumplings for the whole family

Cut the meat into cubes.

Finely chop the onion.

Fry the meat with onions.

Add 100 g of water and simmer over low heat until tender.

Cut the potatoes into small cubes.

Put a layer of meat without liquid in a saucepan.

Cover with a layer of sauerkraut.

After a layer of potatoes.

Roll out the dough no more than 1 cm thick. Grease liberally with sunflower oil and roll up.

Cut into small pieces.

Pour a layer of potatoes with meat juice and salt (if you add a little water 100 g).

Place the dumplings on a layer of potatoes, at a distance from each other. In the process of cooking, the dumplings are doubled.

Put on medium heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes. Place on a large platter. If the dumplings are large, then they need to be cut. Melt the butter and add turmeric to it.

Drizzle over the entire dish.
