Break eggs into a bowl and add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
In a dry hot frying pan, cook a couple of thin pancakes.
In a bowl, combine the diced crab sticks and the diced tomatoes.
Add grated cheese and garlic pressed through a press.
Add the sliced pancakes, finely chopped dill and season with mayonnaise.
Salad with crab sticks and egg pancakes is ready. Put on a platter with lettuce and serve.
