Home-made boiled pork

Delicate, aromatic meat baked in a bag will not leave anyone indifferent. Soft and juicy boiled pork with a delicate aroma of spices will adorn any table.

Ingredients

Pork (tenderloin, balyk) 500-700 g

Garlic clove 3-4 pcs

Paprika 1/2 tsp

Dried garlic 1/2 tsp

Ground coriander 1/2 tsp

Vegetables (for decoration)

Salt to taste

Roasting bag

Preparation

Rinse and dry the meat.

Make cuts and stuff with garlic slices. Rub with a mixture of spices and salt.

Wrap in a baking bag and refrigerate overnight.

Remove and place on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 50 minutes at 180 degrees C.

Take out the finished meat, cool and cut into portions. Decorate with cucumber and pepper slices.
