Pollock (600-700g) 1 pc

Bulb onions 2 pcs

Vegetable oil 5 tbsp. l.

Tomato paste 0, 5-0, 7 stack.

Seasoning for fish to taste

Greens (dried) to taste

Salt to taste


Wash pollock, peel, cut into pieces. In a frying pan in butter, fold the onion, cut into half rings, add tomato paste, fry a little. Add water, let it boil. Put the fish in boiling water. Simmer for 15 minutes. You can serve potatoes, rice as a side dish. Enjoy your meal!
