Zucchini with minced meat

Juicy zucchini with minced meat under a cheese crust, baked in the oven. A very tasty, quick and aromatic dish for the whole family.

Cooking time 1 hour 10 minutes


Minced meat 300 g

Baltic cheese 100 g

Provencal mayonnaise 3 tbsp l.

Zucchini 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Onion 1 pc

Garlic clove 2-3 pcs

Dill 1 bunch

Salt to taste


Take the middle part of the courgette.

Cut into rings and remove the pulp and rind.

Place the zucchini rings on a baking sheet with parchment or foil (only lay paper or foil so that the middle of the meat does not burn too much on the baking sheet).

Transfer the minced meat to a bowl. Peel the onion and garlic. Rinse the dill well.

Chop the garlic and onion in a blender or mince it. Add chopped vegetables and dill to the minced meat.

Add grated carrots, salt and ground pepper.

Mix the filling well.

Put the filling in each zucchini ring up to the top.

Add a little mayonnaise on top of the filling.

Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Put in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 200 degrees C.

Cool the prepared zucchini a little and put on plates.

Zucchini with minced meat are ready. Can be served at the table.
