Pasta casserole with mushrooms

Pasta casserole with mushrooms and cheese, a delicious dish for the whole family that will save you time and money.

Milk 500 ml

Water 1.5 l

Champignons 300 g

Hard cheese 300 g

Onion 1 pc

Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 4 tbsp. l.

Green onion (feather) to taste

Ground black pepper to taste

Salt to taste

Add finely chopped onion and fry, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes.

Add 1 tablespoon of TM "Aleika" flour from the generous fields of Altai, mix with onion and butter.

Pour in 500 milliliters of milk and cook until thickened, stirring for 5-6 minutes.

Grate 200 grams of cheese. Add grated cheese and cook, stirring occasionally, for 1-2 minutes.

Remove from heat.

Boil 1, 5 liters of water in a saucepan, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Cook, stirring occasionally, for 10-12 minutes until tender. Drain in a colander and drain completely.

Cut 300 grams of champignon mushrooms into slices. Fry mushrooms in a pan with butter.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Mix boiled pasta with fried mushrooms. Place the pasta with mushrooms in a baking dish.

Pour the creamy sauce on top.

Grate 100 grams of cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle on top.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 15 minutes.

Decorate the finished pasta casserole with mushrooms with finely chopped green onions.

Pasta casserole with mushrooms and cheese is ready. Can be served at the table.
