Northern Crown salad

An unusual layered salad for your festive table.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Ham 100 g

Crab sticks 100 g

Cheese 50 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Potatoes 2 pcs

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Salt to taste

Parsley (greens) to taste


Boil eggs, cool and peel.

Cut the crab sticks lengthwise into halves and cut into cubes.

Boil potatoes, cool and peel.

Place a serving ring on the dish and lay out a layer of grated potatoes, salt and grease with mayonnaise.

Add a layer of crab sticks and brush with mayonnaise.

Add a layer of grated cheese.

Add a layer of diced chopped ham.

Add a layer of grated eggs and brush with mayonnaise. Put in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.

Remove the serving ring and garnish with herbs.

The Northern Crown salad with ham is ready. Can be served with a festive table.
