Fried pike

Fried pike - this is the easiest recipe for how to cook delicious fried pike in a pan.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Pike (1, 5-2 kg) 1 piece

Wheat flour 5 tbsp. l.

Vegetable oil 100 ml

Salt to taste


Clean the pike from scales, viscera. Remove the head and fins.

Cut the pike into pieces.

Salt the fish well.

Dip each bite of pike in flour.

Put the pike in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil.

Fry the pike pieces in a skillet over medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side.

Put the fried pike on a dish, garnish with herbs.

Fried pike is ready. Can be served at the table.
