Pork in soy sauce

Pork in soy sauce is a recipe for those who want to cook something unusual and original, and very tasty.

Pork 300 g

Soy sauce 50 ml

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Green onion (feather) 1 bunch


Rinse and dry 300 grams of pork pulp.

Cut the meat into small cubes.

Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the meat.

Reduce heat and fry the pork pieces, stirring occasionally, for 7-10 minutes.

Add 50 ml of soy sauce to the pan with meat.

Cook the pork pieces over low heat for 15 minutes.

The pork in soy sauce is ready. Place on a plate, sprinkle with finely chopped green onions and serve.
