Oven baked chicken thighs with pineapple and cheese are a delicious festive dish that's easy to make and simply impossible to resist.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Chicken thighs 4-5 pcs
Cheese 200 g
Canned pineapple (rings) 100 g
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Spices for chicken 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Rinse and dry 4-5 chicken thighs.
Season with salt and spices.
Transfer the chicken thighs to a deep bowl and squeeze the juice from half of the orange. Leave on for 30 minutes.
Place the thighs in a greased baking dish.
Put on a circle of canned pineapple.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of mayonnaise on top.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
The baked chicken thighs are ready. Put the thighs on a platter and serve to the festive table.
