Chicken cutlets with cheese

Delicate, juicy, easy to prepare, these chicken and cheese cutlets can even be served on a festive table.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Chicken fillet 300 g

Cheese 100 g

Eggs 1 pc

Vegetable oil 30 ml

Flour 2 tbsp. l.

Dried Provencal herbs 1/2 tsp

Salt 1/2 tsp


Finely chop 300 grams of chicken fillet and place in a bowl.

Add 100 grams of grated cheese, one egg.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of Provencal dry herbs.

Add 2 tablespoons flour and mix well.

Heat 30 ml of vegetable oil in a frying pan, form cutlets and fry.

On each side, 7-10 minutes over medium heat.

Chicken cutlets with cheese are ready. Put on a dish and serve with your favorite side dish to the table.
