Stewed cabbage with rice in a pan

Stewed cabbage with rice in a pan is perfect for preparing a delicious lunch or dinner.

Cooking time 40 minutes


White cabbage 300 g

Water 300 ml

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 3 tbsp. l.

Tomato paste 2 tbsp l.

Parsley (greens) 1-2 branches.

Salt 1 tsp


Add finely chopped onion.

Add grated carrots.

Add 300 grams of chopped white cabbage to the pan. Fry for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and 2 tablespoons tomato paste.

Add 300 ml of water and simmer, covered, for 20-25 minutes.

Sprinkle the cooked stewed cabbage with rice with finely chopped herbs.

Stewed cabbage with rice in a pan is ready. Arrange on plates and serve.
