Trout with stewed potatoes

Trout with stewed potatoes, a light and tasty dinner, and the tender fish just melts in your mouth.

Cooking time 30 minutes

Ingredients

Potatoes 300 g

Trout 300 g

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Bay leaf 2 pcs

Salt 1/4 tsp

Pepper to taste

Dill to taste

Preparation

Peel the potatoes and cut into slices.

Peel the trout and cut into pieces.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the chopped onion in half rings.

Add the trout to the pan with onions and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Add potato slices to the pan with fish and onions.

Add salt and pepper to taste. Add bay leaves.

Add one fourth of a glass of water to a frying pan with fish and potatoes and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes over low heat.

Put the trout and potatoes on a dish, sprinkle with finely chopped dill.

The trout with stew is ready. Can be served at the table.
