Stewed cabbage is a delicious side dish or a stand-alone dish that can be easily prepared.
Cooking time 30 minutes
White cabbage 300 g
Onion 1 pc
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Tomato paste 3 tbsp l.
Salt 1/4 tsp
Peel the cabbage of sluggish leaves, peel the onion.
Put chopped cabbage and onions in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add tomato paste, salt and water.
Simmer covered over low heat for 20 minutes.
Arrange the stewed cabbage on plates.
The braised cabbage is ready. Serve to the table.
