Mashed potatoes with milk

Delicate, fluffy mashed potatoes with milk for your table.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Potatoes 700 g

Milk 150 ml

Eggs 1 pc

Butter 30 g

Salt 1/2 tsp


Peel the potatoes, pour cold water and cook until soft for 15-20 minutes.

Drain the broth from the potatoes, chop with a crush.

Add egg, salt and milk.

Beat well with a mixer into a homogeneous mass (just not with a blender, otherwise you will get a viscous consistency and the mashed potatoes will be spoiled).

Add butter and beat again.

Place mashed potatoes on a platter and garnish with herbs.

The mashed potatoes in milk are ready. Can be served at the table.
