Fresh frozen pink salmon 1 pc

Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.

Flour 2 tbsp. l.

Salt 1/2 tsp

Pepper to taste


Peel and wash the pink salmon.

Cut the fish into steaks.

Salt the pieces of pink salmon well and pepper to taste.

Dip each fish slice in flour.

Fry pieces of pink salmon in a pan with vegetable oil.

Cook over medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side.
