Be sure to cook this tender chicken fillet in the oven with a creamy flavor and a subtle hint of tomato.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Mozzarella 100 g
Tomato 2 pcs
Chicken fillet 2-3 pcs
Lemon 1/4 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
1/4 teaspoon pepper mixture
Salt 1/4 tsp
Greens to taste
Rinse the chicken fillet and pat dry with paper towels.
Make cuts on top of the whole fillet, but not all the way.
In a bowl, combine the mixture of ground peppers, salt, vegetable oil and ¼ lemon juice.
Apply the mixture to the meat and leave for 20 minutes.
Cover the mold with parchment, lay out the meat and put a slice of mozzarella into each cut.
Add the tomatoes one at a time. Pour over the rest of the meat mixture.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees C for 25 minutes.
Place fillets on plates.
Chicken fillet in the Caprese oven is ready. Can be served with a festive table.
