Chicken drumsticks in the oven with potatoes and mushrooms topped with cheese, a wonderful dinner for the whole family.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Chicken drumstick 5-6 pcs
Cheese 100 g
Potatoes 6-7 pcs
Fresh champignons 3-4 pcs
Mayonnaise 3-4 tbsp l.
Salt to taste
Rinse and dry chicken drumsticks.
Rub well with salt.
Lubricate with mayonnaise.
Place the chicken drumsticks in a baking dish.
Peel the potatoes, cut into halves and place on top of the chicken.
Add sliced champignons, add a little salt on top.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Cook in the oven at 180 degrees C for 40 minutes.
The chicken drumsticks are ready in the oven. Can be served at the table.
