Pasta with mushrooms

Pasta with mushrooms in a creamy sauce with cheese, delicious and simple. This dish will be appreciated not only by unexpected guests.

Ingredients

Fresh champignons 200 g

Cream 15% fat. 200 ml

Hard cheese 50 g

Onion 1 pc

Spices to taste 1/4 tsp

Salt to taste

Preparation

Boil pasta TM "Aleika" in boiling salted water.

Add 1 tbsp. spoon of vegetable oil TM "Aleika".

Cut the mushrooms into slices, finely chop the onion.

In a frying pan with 2 tbsp. with tablespoons of Aleika TM vegetable oil, fry the mushrooms and onions for 2-3 minutes.

Add spices, cream and salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add boiled pasta and stir. Warm up well.

Add the grated cheese and stir quickly.

The pasta with mushrooms is ready. Arrange on plates and serve.
