Pan-fried cauliflower with chicken breast is a quick and tasty dinner for the whole family.

Chicken fillet 200 g
Cauliflower 200 g
Onion 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Bell pepper 1 pc
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Rinse the chicken fillet, peel the onion.
In a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry finely chopped onions and grated carrots.
Add the diced fillets. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add small cauliflower florets and sliced bell peppers.
Cook for another 10 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Put on a dish and garnish with herbs.
Cauliflower with chicken breast is ready. Can be served at the table.
