Margarita salad

The incredibly tasty Margarita salad will ideally fit into the festive menu. Your guests will definitely be satisfied.

Beef 300 g

Carrots 2 pcs

Bulb onion 1 pc

Canned champignons 1/2 ban.

A clove of garlic 1 pc

Mayonnaise 3 tbsp l.

Lettuce leaves (for decoration)

Olives (for decoration)

Salt to taste


Boil the beef in salted water for 60 minutes.

Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

Cut the onion into half rings.

Fry onions and carrots in vegetable oil.

Cut the canned mushrooms and boiled beef into small cubes.

In a bowl, combine onions, carrots, mushrooms and beef.

Add finely chopped garlic, salt and pepper to taste, mayonnaise. Stir and place in a salad bowl. Can be garnished with lettuce leaves and canned olives.
