Lazy dumplings with chicken "Georgians"

The time spent on cooking will be justified by the taste of this dish, the dough and minced meat can always be prepared in advance and the preparation of the dish will be much faster. Georgians, lazy dumplings, minced meat rolls and many more names of such a simple and tasty dish.

Chicken breast 1 pc

Tomatoes 2 pcs

Onion 2 pcs

Bell pepper 1 pc

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Flour (for dough) 300 g

Egg (for dough) 1 pc

Water (for dough) 200 ml

Ground black pepper to taste

Salt to taste


Rinse and dry the chicken breast. Peel the onion.

Skip chicken fillet (with skin) and onion through a meat grinder. Add salt and pepper to taste.

To prepare the dough, pour cold water into a bowl and break the egg.

Add salt and flour. Knead the dough.

Let the dough rest for 10-15 minutes.

Roll the dough into a thin layer.

Spread a layer of dough with minced meat and roll it up.

Cut the roll into small pieces.

For dressing, wash and peel the vegetables well.

In a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry finely chopped onions and diced peppers.

Add the diced tomatoes.

Add tomato juice and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Salt a little.

Put the "Georgians" in a frying pan and add a little water.

The Georgians themselves will begin to swell, so do not stack them too tightly. Cook covered over low heat for 30 minutes.

Sprinkle the finished dish with finely chopped dill.
