Potato wedges with minced meat and cheese

Guests on the doorstep. Time is running out. And in the fridge there is a standard set of products. Potato wedges with minced meat and cheese, it's tasty and quick. And the wolves are fed, and the sheep are safe!

Cooking time 40 minutes

Ingredients

Pork pulp 200 g

Cheese 100 g

Potatoes 4-6 pcs

Tomatoes 2 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Preparation

Peel and cook potatoes for 3-5 minutes. Drain and refill with cold water. Leave to cool.

Cut the meat into pieces, peel the onion.

Pass the meat and onions through a meat grinder.

Put in a preheated pan with vegetable oil and fry for 3-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the potatoes into wedges and place on a baking sheet and add a little salt.

Put the minced meat on top of the potato wedges.

Place the diced tomatoes on top of the minced meat.

Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees C.

Cool slightly and put on a dish. Serve our potato wedges with minced meat and cheese to the table.
