Stewed chicken with mushrooms and grated tomatoes


Chicken fillet 200 g

Champignons (frozen) 100 g

Mashed tomatoes 50 g

Cherry tomatoes 5 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Parsley (greens) to taste

Salt to taste

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and fry in a pan with vegetable oil.

Add finely chopped onion and fry for another 2-3 minutes.

Add the sliced ​​champignons and fry for another 3 minutes.

Add mashed tomatoes. Stir well and cook covered over low heat for another 3-5 minutes.

Add finely chopped greens and chopped cherry tomatoes in quarters.

Stir and season with salt. Place on a platter, garnish with a slice of lemon and serve.
