Chicken in cream

Chicken stewed in a creamy sauce is especially tender. And pieces of pear will add zest to the dish.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Chicken fillet (breast) 2 pcs

Pear 1 piece

Carrots (large) 1 pc

Red onion 1 pc

Cream 20% fat. 1/2 stack.

Seasoning "Italian herbs"

Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Cut the chicken into slices.

Fry in vegetable oil.

Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil separately from the chicken.

Cut the carrots into large cubes.

Add carrots to the onion in a pan and fry. Then add chicken, peeled and diced pear, cream, and herbs. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Simmer over low heat until tender. You can serve in a ceramic pot.
