Rice with vegetables and soy sauce, a simple and delicious everyday dish.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Broccoli inflorescences 3-4 pcs
Cauliflower inflorescences 3-4 pcs
Green beans 80 g
Bell pepper 1/2 pc
Onion 1 pc
Rice 1/2 stack.
Soy sauce 4 tbsp l.
A clove of garlic 1 pc
Ground black pepper to taste
Cut the onion into half rings and fry.
Simmer the rice under a tightly closed lid, adding a little boiling water each time after evaporation.
Chop the pepper coarsely, leave the rest of the vegetables as they are.
When the rice is almost ready add all the vegetables, soy sauce, boiling water, black pepper to taste.
Stir and simmer adding boiling water until tender.
Serve garnished with half a tomato and finely chopped herbs.
