Fettuccine with seafood, this dish is worth trying, the pasta is delicious.
Cooking time 25 minutes
Fettuccine 100 g
Frozen squid 100 g
Frozen mussels 50 g
Tomatoes 1 pc
Cream 20% fat. 50 g
Garlic clove 2 pcs
Parmesan cheese 40 g
Green onion (feather) 50 g
Vegetable oil to taste
Finely chop the tomato, leave some for decoration.
Stew the tomato with salt. Place in a bowl.
Defrost mussels and squids. Finely chop the squid into strips.
Prepare cooking oil for frying. To do this, fry a clove of garlic in a frying pan in oil, remove the clove after frying.
Fry seafood in a pan.
Add chopped green onions and fry for another minute.
Add the tomatoes and simmer for another minute. Pour in the cream and let it boil. Add half the grated Parmesan and simmer until the Parmesan is melted. Taste and add more salt, black pepper or finely grated garlic to taste. Add fettuccine and mix well.
Fettuccine with seafood is ready. Serve, garnished with tomato wedges and a sprig of parsley.
