Even the most ordinary pasta can be cooked very tasty and this recipe for pasta in cheese sauce is proof of that.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Premium pasta (horns) 200 g
Cream 10% fat. 200 ml
Hard cheese 50 g
Processed cheese Latvian 2-3 pcs
Garlic clove 2 pcs
Butter 20 g
Dill 1 bunch
Boil pasta in salted water. Leave the water after the pasta.
Pass the garlic through a press, melt the butter.
Fry pressed garlic in melted butter.
Cut the processed cheese into small cubes.
Add cheese curds to butter and melt over low heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add cream and heat well.
Add grated cheese and simmer for another 3-5 minutes. Salt to taste.
Add pasta and a little pasta broth to the sauce.
Arrange on bowls and sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
Delicious pasta in cheese sauce is ready. Can be served at the table.
