Minced potatoes

Tasty and simple, fast and economical. This recipe is for the case when there is not much time, and there is a standard set of products in the refrigerator.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Minced meat 300 g

White cabbage 200 g

Water 1 stack.

Potatoes 4-5 pieces

Carrot 1 pc

Onion 1 pc

Dill 1 bunch

Vegetable oil 3-5 tbsp. l.




Prepare minced meat, peel onions.

Fry the minced meat and finely chopped onion in a pan with vegetable oil. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Peel potatoes and carrots.

Dice the potatoes, cut the carrots into strips. Add vegetables to the pan.

Fry for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Add shredded cabbage and water.

Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.

Stir at the end of cooking.

Sprinkle with finely chopped dill.

The minced potatoes are ready. Arrange on plates and serve.
