Feather pasta with vegetable gravy

Pasta "feathers" 200 g

Onion 1 pc

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Bell pepper 2 pcs

Tomato paste 50 g

Tomato juice 100 g

Baselik dry 1 tsp

Pickled green olives 6 pcs

Parsley (greens)

Vegetable oil

Salt to taste


Fry finely chopped onion and garlic in a small saucepan in vegetable oil.

Add the bell pepper, cut into strips. Fry for 1-2 minutes.

Add tomato paste and juice. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Add dried basil.

Then parsley.

At the end, chopped olives into rings. Salt. Cover and let it brew for 10 minutes.

Boil pasta in salted water until tender. Drain the water.

Put all the gravy in a saucepan with hot pasta and stir.

Arrange on plates and serve.
