Chicken fillet with kiwi and cheese is a wonderful New Year's hot dish, chicken crust and sour kiwi flavor, guests will ask for more.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Chicken fillet 3 pcs
Cheese 50 g
Kiwi 2 pcs
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Rinse and dry the chicken fillet.
Beat off a little, salt and pepper.
Fry in a pan with vegetable oil, on each side for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown.
Put on a baking sheet.
Cut the peeled kiwi into slices and place on top of the fillets.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees C.
