Dried porcini mushrooms 300 g
Onion 1 pc
Sour cream 25% fat. 3 tbsp. l.
Potatoes 5-6 pcs
Green onion (feather) 2 pcs
Butter 20 g
Salt to taste
Finely chop the onion, do not coarsely chop the mushrooms. Fry mushrooms and onions in sunflower oil for 5-7 minutes.
Season with salt and sour cream. Simmer over low heat for another 10 minutes.
Boil potatoes in salted water. Cease well. Season with butter and stir in chopped green onions. Serve the mushrooms and potatoes.
