Grease a baking dish with butter. Layer a layer of sliced potatoes.
Stir the minced meat with finely chopped onions, season with salt and pepper. Put on the potatoes in a second layer.
Grease a layer of minced meat with mayonnaise. Place a layer of potatoes on top and add a little salt and pepper. Lubricate with mayonnaise.
Cut the eggplants into slices, salt and leave for 30 minutes. Fry in sunflower oil.
Lay out a layer of eggplant.
Then a layer of tomato sliced into slices.
Drizzle with dressing from 1/2 glass of water, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise and 1 tbsp. sunflower oil.
Grate the cheeses on a coarse grater and sprinkle the tomato on top.
Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 200 degrees C.
Put out of the mold and garnish with chopped herbs.
