Baked ribs in a pot


500 g of pork ribs, 4-5 potatoes, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 50 g of mayonnaise, 50 g of sour cream, 2 cloves of garlic, salt, pepper, sunflower oil.


Finely chop the onion.

Cut the ribs into pieces.

Fry the ribs with onions in sunflower oil. Add water and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Cut the potatoes and carrots into large pieces.

Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, pepper and salt in a separate cup.

Arrange in a mold or pot, potato layer, fill layer, ribs, carrot layer, fill layer.

Place in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 200 degrees C.

Sprinkle with finely chopped dill before serving.
