Stewed cabbage with smoked chicken

A tasty and satisfying dish, which is also very simple to prepare. Smoked chicken adds zest to the stewed cabbage.

Cooking time 35 minutes


Onion 1 pc

White cabbage 300 g

Smoked chicken leg 1 pc

Paprika 1/4 tsp

Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.

Parsley (greens) 2-3 branches.

Salt to taste


Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil.

Add chopped cabbage and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Separate meat from bones and skin. Cut into small cubes.

Add paprika and salt.

Add meat to cabbage.

Add ½ cup water and simmer until the cabbage is soft.

Place on plates and serve, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
