Potato pancakes with mushrooms and cheese

Delicious and original potato pancakes with mushrooms and cheese will become a real decoration of your table.

Fresh champignons 150 g

Cheese 100 g

Potatoes 3 pcs

Egg 1 pc

Flour 2 tbsp. l.

Salt 1 tsp

Ground black pepper 1 pinch.

Frying oil


Peel and rinse 150 grams of fresh champignons.

Chop the mushrooms into a bowl and add 100 grams of grated cheese.

Peel 3 medium potatoes.

Grate on a fine grater. Rinse the grated potatoes well with cold water through a colander, rinsing off excess starch.

Add 1 egg, 1 pinch of ground black pepper and half a teaspoon of salt to a bowl.

Add squeezed potatoes and stir.

Add 2 tablespoons of flour and mix well again.

Form small potato pancakes.

Put in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil and fry over low heat for 5-6 minutes.

Turn over and cook for another 5-6 minutes.

Potato pancakes with mushrooms and cheese are ready. Put the potato pancakes on a dish and serve with sour cream.
