Cottage cheese 500 g

Sugar 100 g

Milk 3.2% fat. 100 ml

Butter 50 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Salt 1 pinch.

In a bowl, combine 2 eggs and 50 grams of soft butter. Beat with a mixer for 3-4 minutes.

Put 500 grams of cottage cheese in a bowl, rub through a sieve if desired. Mix the egg mixture with the curd.

Add 100 grams of sugar.

Add 100 ml of milk and one pinch of salt.

Beat with a mixer for 4-5 minutes.

Mix well with a spoon and leave for 30 minutes.

Cover the form with baking parchment and lay out the curd mass.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 45-50 minutes.

Cottage cheese casserole with semolina is ready. Cool the casserole and cut into portions. Put on a platter and serve.
