Cabbage in a pan

Braised cabbage in a pan is an easy-to-prepare main dish or side dish and addition to meat dishes.

Cooking time 30 minutes


White cabbage 400 g

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Salt 1 tsp

Green onions for decoration


Remove sluggish leaves from cabbage.

Finely chop 400 grams of white cabbage.

Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan.

Put the chopped cabbage in the pan and fry for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add one finely chopped onion.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, stir and cook over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until soft.

The cabbage in the pan is ready. Sprinkle chopped green onions over the cabbage and serve.
