Pasta with chicken and cheese

Chicken and Cheese Pasta, these are tender pieces of chicken fillet cooked in a pan with pasta and melted cheese. This simple and tasty dish can feed the whole family or a small company.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Chicken fillet 300 g

Water 200 ml

Hard cheese 200 g

Processed cheese 2 tbsp. l.

Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 30 ml

Salt 1 tsp

Parsley (greens) for garnish to taste


Rinse 300 g of chicken fillet, dry and cut into small cubes.

Add the diced chicken fillet and fry, stirring occasionally, for 10-15 minutes.

Add 200 ml of water.

Add 2 tablespoons of melted cheese and mix well the chicken and cheese.

Simmer over low heat for 7-10 minutes. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Throw the pasta on a sieve, let the water drain and put in the pan.

Cut 200 g of your favorite hard cheese into small cubes.

Add the cheese to the skillet and mix the hot mac and cheese well.

The pasta with chicken and cheese are ready. Arrange on plates, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and serve.
